Questions

What clients want to know before they start.

Clear answers, without a sales call.

What does LOJIK actually build?

LOJIK builds complete business systems: custom software, automations, integrations, approvals, dashboards, controls, and documentation organized around one important workflow.

What problems are a good fit?

Start with work that is repeatedly slow, manual, error-prone, hard to see, split across tools, or too dependent on one person. You do not need to know what software should solve it.

What happens in the business systems review?

You describe one workflow as it works today. We ask focused follow-up questions, identify the likely root cause, and build an initial system plan you can review and correct.

What do I receive before sharing contact details?

An initial plan that explains the problem we see, the system that could solve it, what it would include, how success could be tested, and what still needs to be confirmed.

Does LOJIK only advise, or does it also build?

LOJIK delivers the implementation. When the problem is a fit, we define the scope, build the software and workflow, test it with your team, fix what falls short, and support the launch.

How are scope, schedule, and price set?

A LOJIK expert reviews the initial plan first. If the work is a fit, we define the scope, schedule, responsibilities, and price in a separate proposal for you to approve before any implementation begins.

Can LOJIK run the system after launch?

Yes. Your team can run the finished system with a documented handoff, or it can be managed by LOJIK. If responsibility needs to move gradually, both teams follow a clear transition plan.

What information is safe to share in the review?

Share business context and workflow details that help explain the problem. Leave out passwords, credentials, account numbers, government identifiers, and unrelated personal information.
